Meet The Team

Jess Weeth

Foundeer & Principal

Jess Weeth is the Founder and Principal of Weeth Home. Based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, Jess has developed a unique aesthetic inspired by East Coast heritage and life by the water.

After beginning her career in fashion, Jess' love of textiles and product development pulled her to the world of interior design. She returned to her hometown of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and launched her firm in 2019. She currently oversees a talented team of designers while traveling along the East Coast for her residential projects. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Veranda, and House Beautiful, and she has been named to The Expert Top 40.

Jess loves working side-by-side with her husband, Alan, who joined Weeth Home in 2022. They love being back in the beach town Jess grew up in while raising their three children.
